We run the news every 3 hours (usually 15 minutes after the hour) except when other programs are running.
Interested in producing a show? we require strict metadata, work safe music that generally fits our format, but if you're interested please contact us, we'll work with you to get your program (or podcast) inserted.
A bit of a warning, if you've never done this sort of thing before, I must warn you, it's a LOT more work than it appears, we're really fussy about proper metadata.
